What Can You See in the Bookings Section?

In the Bookings Section, you can typically view the following details:
  1. List of Bookings: Current, Upcoming, and Past Bookings.
  2. Booking Details:
    1. Customer Information: Name, contact details, and any preferences or special requests.
    2. Booking Date and Time: The specific date and time the reservation is scheduled for.
    3. Service or Room Booked: Information about the service, room, or event space reserved.
    4. Status: The current status of the booking, such as confirmed, pending, checked-in, checked-out, or cancelled.
    5. Payment Information: Details about payment status, method, and amount paid or due.
    6. Special Requests: Any additional requests or notes provided by the customer, such as dietary restrictions, room preferences, or special accommodations.
  3. Filters and Search Options:
    1. Date Filters: Allows you to filter bookings by specific dates or date ranges.
    2. Product Filters: Filters to view bookings by specific products by using the Keyword Field.
    3. Customer Filters: Search and filter bookings in the Keyword Field.

The Bookings Section allows users to perform various actions, including:
  1. Create New Bookings: Add new bookings by entering customer information, selecting a date and time, and choosing the desired service or room.
  2. Cancellation: Cancel a booking, which triggers an automatic notification to the customer and updates the status in the system.

  4. At booking level:
    1. View all booking details
    2. View booking logs
    3. Create booking notes
    4. Create booking tasks
    5. Process manual payments
