Creating a Product: Early Check In or Late Check Out

This guide will help you set up early check-in or late check-out as a product to start receiving bookings for your property. 

Step by Step

  2. Navigate to Product, and then Products 
  3. Click on Create Product
  4. Select how you will manage the Availability of this product. In this case, Date limited (Availabilities are managed by date, every product has a fixed quantity on a selected date)
  5. Click continue, and Enter:
    1. Name of the product 
    2. Short Description of the product. 
    3. Long Description of the product. 
    4. Meeting Point: where can they confirm this service booked or claim it?
    5. What's Included
    6. What's Not Included
    7. Choose the Product Category
    8. Choose the Navigation Item it will fall under
    9. Reservations email that will be notified of each booking
    10. Cancellation policy
    11. Stop Sale
  6.  Select how you will manage availability. In this case: Calendar
  7. Pricing Basics:
    1. As this is a class, the pricing will be "Calendar Per Item"
  8. Widget Settings: Leave only a checkmark on "Show Quantity"
  9. Availability Management: it will be managed in the calendar widget.
  10. Enter a From price you will show in the product card.
  11. Payment Settings:
    1. Select Capture Card Details and Auto Process Payments if you want to charge the guest upon booking.
  12. Click on Save Changes
  13. Once your product has been created, you can click on it to add Images, Files, Extras or Waivers. For image guidelines, click here.
  14. Click on Published checkbox
  15. Click on Save Changes

How to create time slots for your product

  1. Click on Products
  2. Find the Product you want to edit
  3. Click on the icon under the column Price

  1. This will open up a monthly calendar:

  1. Click today's date or any other date in the future to start setting up your availability
  2. Enter the quantity available (it can be different per day and you can delete it for particular dates)
  3. Enter the Total Unit Price
  4. To clone this setup, click on the four outward arrows icon at the top right of the date slot (See below)

  1. A pop-up will ask if you want to clone the whole month, a row, a column or to close it. (See below)

  1. Click on Save Changes
  2. To clone your settings to upcoming months, click "Clone this Month" at the top right of your screen. (See below)




You have successfully created your Early Check-In service as a product!
