How to Create an External Product

Once you have created your Product Categories and Navigation Items (at least one) you can start to build your first product.

To create an external third-party product, please follow these steps:
  1. Login to https://activities.travelcurious.com
  2. Click on Product to open up the subitems
  3. Click on Products and then on the "Add External Product" button on the top right hand corner.
  4. Next, you will need to enter:
    1. Name of your product,
    2. External URL: the link where the customer will be redirected to book. This has to be an affiliate or referral link from a 3rd party supplier.
    3. Short Description,
    4. Description,
    5. Things to know,
    6. Meeting point,
    7. What’s included,
    8. What’s not included.
  5. Select a Product Category (If you are missing the one you need, you will have to create it first)
  6. Select a Navigation Item this product should fall within (If you are missing the one you need, you will have to create it first)
  7. Add a From price to show in the product card
  8. If your product is complete, click the Published checkbox
  9. Save Changes
  10. Once your product has been created, edit it to add Images, Files, Extras or Waivers. For image guidelines, click here.
  11. Take a final look at your product, and when you are ready, click on Published and Save Changes.
You have successfully created an external product on your page!
