When Can the Stop Sale be Overridden
Activated users can create a manual booking during a stop-sale period for any experience, as it makes the date available to the manual-booking flow.
This is intended for exceptional, associate-assisted scenarios where the staff member is sure and confident that the reservation can be fulfilled.
How Does It Work?
Select a date that falls within the stop-sale period. (Stop-sale dates are visually identified in the calendar with a grey circle)
Review and acknowledge the warning before continuing.
Confirm that you want to proceed despite the stop-sale.
Complete the remaining booking steps and create the booking.
Required acknowledgement. The warning clearly states that the booking falls within the stop-sale period. Continue only after confirming the date and operational availability. The action will be attributable to the staff member who created the booking in the booking log.
