The different payment methods available are:
  1. No payment required
  2. Manual Charge
  3. Travel Curious as merchant of record

No payment required- Coming soon

This feature will allow you to take bookings without requiring any credit card information from the guest. Ideal for experiences that are complimentary when all you want is to track the number of guests or the quantity booked.
Please note that in this case, there won't be an available payment processing option for no-show situations

Manual Charge

This feature allows us to tokenize credit cards during the booking process, all without triggering any charges. This empowers you to handle payment collection directly on site or by adding the booking to the guest folio and collecting payment during check-out or activity check-ins. 

Importantly, you can rest assured that you are guaranteed payment, whether it's in the case of a no-show or for any other necessary payments, as we can trigger the payment if needed.

If you need to charge the card for any reason, you can find the booking on the platform, open it and click on Process Manual Payment.

Travel Curious as the merchant of record

With this setting, Travel Curious will handle and process the payment for the activity. We will charge the card that was used during the booking process once the reservation enters the non-refundable period.. We will send you a statement at the beginning of each month, and request that an invoice be raised, and we will wire the owed amount to your nominated bank account.
